We have been here often, and have always had good service, however today we had amazing service. Staci was awesome and very attentive, she checked on us multiple times to make sure we had an amazing lunch. We will definitely continue to visit this location

This is the best Fazoli‘s we’ve been to for years. All the food was incredibly fresh, and they were very generous with the breadsticks! Dulcee was super kind And quick to help us get more breadsticks, clear the table or anything else that we need!

I recently visited the Vandalia location and found part of my drive-through order was missing.
When I called to resolve the issue, I was eventually offered store credit, which I accepted. However, this came only after the manager on duty spoke over me, interrupted me, condescended to me, and raised their voice to me. They also repeatedly blamed other employees for the error. For the record, I did not escalate the situation and actually had to use my 20+ years of customer service experience to de-escalate them and move us back in the direction of a resolution.
When I asked simple questions about how to use or apply the store credit, my inquiries were treated as a burden, and they escalated on me again.
Additionally, my daughter’s pasta lacked sufficient sauce. Most noodles were bone dry despite stirring, and the extra cheese I paid for was barely visible. So even the food we recieved was not great.
Ultimately, given the poor quality of the food and the poor service from a manager-level employee, I doubt I will use the credit. I’d rather eat the cost of a slice of pizza than go back to possibly endure that again. Plus my questions on how to use the credit were never actually answered, so who even knows how to use it.
The manager on duty also said their boss, the restaurant manager, would likely not care about my incomplete order or any complaints about poor service. This suggests a top-down disregard for the customer experience. Whether her words prove true or not, it is very inappropriate for a manager-level employee, or really any employee, to say that to any customer.
Due to the poor service, attitude, and food quality, I recommend visiting the Huber Heights location instead of Vandalia. Huber Heights is just down the road, and neither the food nor the service there have ever been lacking in my experience.
You also won’t have to wonder if the Huber general manager cares about customer service, because other managers probably won’t explicitly say they specifically don’t care.
