  I have come here a couple times a week since they’ve opened, and I consistently wait 15+ minutes after my online order pickup time. People who order in person get orders finished faster than me ordering it while standing in my kitchen before I leave. This is the second time I’ve been late to work waiting on a coffee that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes before I have to go. I also have a Dutch Pass I loaded with $20, and in the nearly two months of me coming here, it has not once functioned in the app. I love the coffee but I can’t be late to work again for it.

  Listen! I am a iced coffee snob. Super picky, and from day one dutch bros has exceeded my expectations! First of all, the staff. Sweetest bunch of young adults I've ever crossed paths with. It's like Jesus himself hand picked each of them and put them all in that building to not only give you some kick to your day with a dang good drink, but also to be so kind to you that you just want to hand over your whole wallet as a tip. Second-the menu, I firmly am a one kinda drink girl and never stray away like a drunk night in college. But each time I find myself picking something new and now have a list of about seventy twelve favorite drinks. And lastly, if you swing by and notice a long line. It's just the line to get into heaven, pull in and I promise it'll go super fast and will be so worth it at the end. I legit probably should get another job just to be able to up keep my daily dutch bro visit. ❤️ 💙 💜

  With a wait of 40+ minutes and a completely wrong order, not going back. We got a Golden Eagle iced coffee that tasted HORRIBLE! Seriously never had coffee that bad, it was like it was burnt and watered down. Our energy drink a Double Rainbro was made incorrectly (pretty sure they gave us someone else’s order and let us keep it), they did correct this but 7Brew is way better. Also while waiting in the line the employees taking orders were just standing in a huddle chit chatting instead of taking orders. 100% do not recommend and will never go back to ANY location EVER!

  This place is horrible, DO NOT COME HERE. Line takes 30+ minutes for some average drinks. I pulled in at 9:45 and didn’t leave until 10:30. They all taste the same you can tell they’re cheaply made and overpriced. Nothing I have ever ordered has tasted different. I’ll be sticking to Starbucks. Cups are filled to the very top with ice so you get about 5 drinks before it’s gone. Music is always blaring in your ears at 5:30 in the morning it’s just so annoying. Employees don’t pay attention and are always goofing off while there’s normally one single person taking orders while there’s 30+ cars in line. Corporate needs to come retrain these people, I’ve never been more unsatisfied with any establishment in my life.

  In line now watching lady take orders for cars that got here 10 mins after me before I got to order. When I asked why she was doing that she explained that she was zigzagging. I informed her I just watched her take orders for cars that were here after me and she blew me off. Won’t be coming here again. I’ll just stick to Starbucks. Edit: still in like for coffee. This is insane. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! Edit #2: to the owner with the automatic reply how about you go try to order a coffee yourself around 6am and figure out where to fix the problems instead of asking unsatisfied customers to explain to you how to fix your problems at your establishment. Also this is coming from someone that use to get coffee from Dutch bros in Eugene Oregon with a punch card.
