I threw away about $20 in the trash, and the staff were disrespectful. I tried talking to her, but she wouldn't listen because she was talking to the other workers and they were laughing. I don't think this is a time for laughing and ignoring customers. I will never come to this shop again and I don't recommend anyone go there.

I guess), but didn't even ask me or mention to me if I wanted to replace or refund that part. Ended up stuck with the dryest donut holes I've ever had in my life with a glob of pink frosting... I usually only ever get the blueberry donuts... Drink is "fine", but the service and the workers don't even look at you or acknowledge you, meanwhile chatting with their coworkers. There was only one nice worker off to the side who got interrupted by the girl who gave me my order. So glad I don't live here -- my location is way better.
