- RRRene ReedDec 18, 20251.0I have no idea why but the employees at this location aren’t friendly and even when something is their own mistake and you very sweetly let them know (like for example I just ordered a cookie butter cold brew with cream and she didn’t put cream in it) she didnt say a single word just slammed the window shut and remade it and I saw her in there with her coworkers getting so mad about it. I was the only car there too. This isn’t the first time an employee has freaked out over their own mistake when I’m the very only car there and in the past I’ve been absolutely shocked at the treatment and rudeness and childish fits and attitude the employees here give. They act so traumatized over their own little mistake lmao. Like you literally make coffee for a living having to remake a coffee that YOU messed up is not the hardest job out there I promise. This isn’t the local ER or open heart surgery. This is pressing some buttons and stirring a drink and if that’s going to cause you to be so angry thennnn go welcome people into a grocery store💀One time I even spoke to a manager here about one of the girls working here and he said “yeah she’s a problem.” But it seems a lot of the girls here are. It’s crazy how I don’t get mad at them for their mistakes but then they get mad at me for sweetly just wanting what I ordered at the speaker. People are spending their hard earned money here the very least you can do is give them what they ordered without acting like you’re doing something hugely wrong. Nearly all the reviews talk about how horrible this place is. Clearly they’re not doing their job right. Won’t be back.
