    My family has been longtime Donatos customers, but this will be our last order. The employee who answered the phone, Erica, was extremely rude to my grandmother, repeatedly cut her off, and ultimately hung up on her. That level of disrespect is unacceptable!!! Especially over a simple pizza order. I truly hope better customer service training is provided. There was no justification for ending the call that way. Corporate will be contacted. Based on recent Google and Yelp reviews, it’s clear we’re not the only ones who’ve had a horrible experience. Do better.

    Horrible customer service. If you have somewhere to be or have to go for to work don’t go here. Wife went before work had a bad experience

    Usually hits the mark, customer service can be hit or miss when calling in but any complaints typically get resolved in a timely fashion. Definitely have the best experiences in the afternoon into mid evening issues arise later on after 8-9. I've had delivery drivers make return trips out of the kindness of their heart to bring back missing sour cream packets and I've also had drivers deliver smushed room temperature pizzas.
