    When you try to order and you have to repeat yourself five times and they still don’t get it. Great way to ruin a business no thank you good luck.

    They have really good cooks there to prepare your order. It was tasty, fresh baked, the ingredients non greesy, the best, sturdy paper plates, friendly and inviting!

    Forgot my cheese sauce, only put 2 bread sticks in my order of bread sticks and they're literally around the corner but the pizza is luke warm. Donatos is too expensive to be doing this nonsense. Get it together!

    Came to pick up a pizza. The manager was out front smoking a black and mild Came in to counter. Nobody at the counter or in view. Waited. Then the manager walks in from the back, never washed hands. All the employees suddenly appeared and stared at us manager rang us up. Got home- cold pizza We came right away for an estimated 15 minute ready time. I live 5 minutes away Receipt of purchase will prove all my time points. Pizza was horrible Cold and nasty Basic pepperoni Nothing else It was undercooked and then sat cold in that short time Management is not capable of running a small pizza store properly. My brother is a news reporter I will be contacting Jane Grote Abell about this because it’s not what Dontatos is or ever has been. Will suggest to close since it’s underperforming and no good prospect for future service.
