    I am not sure what you have done but the pizzas are horrible. Donates used to be my favorite, then thongs changed so I started getting pizza from other providers. They were closed so I decided to try Donato again. The grit on the bottom of the pizza doesn't make sense, gets all over my clothing. The crust tastes like flour, dough and over powers everything else. I had olives, banana peppers and pepperoni. All I could taste was flour. Please go back to the way you made pizza decades ago. I just threw the rest of the pizza away it was that bad.

    I watched the employees take a DoorDash order from a dasher to give to a customer in the window. Making the dasher and their customer wait even longer for them to remake the pizza. I hope you understand that the dashers are like your delivery service. Making the dasher and their customer wait. This has happened several times. Maybe work on this and think it through before your rude to dashers

    The man that was at the counter was very rude, I though I had order the Oreo things and it didnt work so I was just going to order some and he got a huge attitude.. It might be best for your business to have better customers service..

    We have tried this location multiple times, we live in a grey area. In Beavercreek but on the edge of Riverside. The last time we called and used the AI answering system. It took our order and our money. Never showed up, they closed at 10, we ordered at 8:45. We did get our money returned the next day. Luckily Cousin Vinnys was still open and delivered a perfect order. We tried Donatos online ordering tonight, hoping for better results then calling. Well...order was said to be 45-55 minutes away. After 90 minutes we called and were told it was out for delivery. Our order showed up about 10 minutes later, cold and no sour cream for our chicken mariachi pizza. We will not be ordering from this location again.
