  The Dairy Queen people here are not going to make it in the real work world!!! They get confused over the easiest orders and the guy with red hair is rude to the employees and the customers and he’s don’t know much either smh

  They erased my order from their screen so I waited way too long for what it was and this is what they gave me. Disappointed won’t be coming back.

  Would rate 0 stars if I could. Employees are too busy standing in the 8x8 lobby on their phone and having the door locked rather than being open. Plus the boss is too busy to update the hours to Google supposedly even though the hours are correct on Google but not according to the worker that answers the phone when they are "closed", which are actually during operating hours. Plus no manager on closing shift, which is a big no no in the business world. Congrats dairy queen, continue ruining Good things just like 99% of businesses in America. Time to raise the prices for your product and continue having poor service.

  Closed 30 minutes early and then tried to lie about the closing time on the phone. They also said there's no managers at the store to speak with and then the employee proceeded to hangup the phone on me for simply stating ok if the hours have changed then they should update them, to which she replied the owner is to busy to do that. Smh. Do better
