- DMdevin mccloskey3 days ago1.0Asked repeatedly if meat was hot and fresh employee insisted to the point it was weird sure enough everything was cold from the rice to the steak to the fajitas. Never again coming to this location. EDITED: They offered to remake my food with the sane old cold ingredients when I declined they offered a refund....I have been double charged and the call center wont refund my meal I MIGHT get a refund on my double charge though....im not sure ill ever go to any Chipotle again after this.
- CHCollin HannaFeb 17, 20261.0Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru line for my order to still not be ready when I got to the window. Upon waiting longer for my food I drove it home. Got my girlfriend’s quesadilla out and it was a solid piece of meat. She ordered the barbacoa and it was inedible. Not toasted. Not to mention the chips taste like they’re a week old, and chipotle support was awful to just get a proper refund. The employees should be sick for thinking it was acceptable to send that food out.

Four employees and im the only person in line and im left waiting at the counter for five minutes then after they make my food no one rings me up and im left waiting again. Its the closest place to my job so i kept giving it a chance but now i tell my co workers not to waste there time here
