- JPJoe Penrod6 days ago5.0Wrex is always polite and attentive. Service from the rest of the staff is always similar. Even when they're slammed, they maintain courtesy and efficiency. This is the closest store to my house so I'm here once or twice a week. Coming after 7:30, they're often out of vinaigrette, and the carnitas is dried out. I saw other stores out of the area cover their food with clear lids in the evening and it solved that.

During my most recent visit, they informed me as I walked in they were out of lettuce, shredded cheese, guacamole, & several others things (but I'd already stopped listening). He employee was friendly enough. I just gave him a "Oh, it's this again?" smile and said thanks anyway. As I walked out he said, "We're basically out of everything but Coke." I assumed he meant the soda, but either way he got a laugh from me.
