  1 star because ZERO wasn’t a option. Employees RUDE and lifeless. No meat, everything looks old. Absolutely disgusting!

  Out of white rice in the middle of lunchtime, won’t be back to this location. Waited in line almost ten minutes before they screamed to the entire line that it would be 15 min for more rice to be cooked.

  Short staffed. Restaurant was disgustingly filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. They had no chicken or steak. Line was so slow, by the time I got up there and saw the beans dried up and mess everywhere, I left without ordering.

  Only one person running the front line one person working in the back one person on cashier and doing nothing else not helping on the line at all another person I couldn’t even tell you what they were doing, but they didn’t help do anything that I saw. The lady on the line repeatedly spoke on how annoyed she was a customer in front of me gave her a little bit of a hard time so she had an attitude the entire time she asked to switch lines from the front to the back he denied that and she continued to help people With an attitude put very small portions of items into the bowls. I was ordering one bowl to split between two kids, so I asked if I could have the corn and tomato on the side and she proceeded to tell me “I can put all of that on there for you. It’s much easier!!”the whole reason I went into the store was to get a gift card but figured might as well get food while I am there. It took so long. I forgot to get my gift card so when I took my food out, I came back in to purchase a gift card and the worker who was on the side that was doing absolutely nothing had an attitude and was like did you need something else when I replied I forgot my gift card. She stated I needed to get at the end of the line which again was barely moving because there was one person working in the line. The cashier said I can get you so I proceeded to the cashier and then she had me stand there and walked away to go do something else before she finally came back and rang me out for a gift card!! I would never come to the store again Not to mention while I was in line, I guess they didn’t have any steak ready and the front line worker said I need steak and they told her it would be a minute so she shouted to everybody in the line. Did y’all hear that so there’s no steak either one of the steaks Hope y’all heard that… not one employee there was friendly or welcomed you into the restaurant nothing!

  Terrible service, they were "out" of a bunch of food at 4:30 pm. There was only one guy ahead of me but the lady took her sweet time so I stood there for a while. Got steak because there was no chicken and I ended up with mouthfulls of fat and chewy bits many times. Then the lady skimped on the toppings so much that I only ate about half the bowl before I was down to nothing but rice and the terrible steak. The chips I got were stale. The guacamole had a bunch of lettuce and cheese mixed in, so that was gross, along with two massive chunks of avocado, which should have been mashed better. On top of that, I couldn't help but notice that the surfaces behind the counter were all covered in food. Seriously, rice and other bits everywhere. Not clean at all. All in all a terrible experience and I would go to literally any other chipotle. These people take zero pride in their work, they don't care.
