  We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Bonefish Grill - 2818 Miamisburg Centerville Rd tonight. The food was excellent, but what truly made the evening stand out was the service. Steven took care of us, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure everything came out perfectly. He checked in at just the right times, kept drinks filled, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal, but Steven nailed it. You can tell when someone takes pride in what they do, and Steven absolutely does. Because of him, we’ll definitely be coming back.

  As a person who isn’t overly fond of seafood (but married to someone who is) Brittany was absolutely AMAZING!! Guiding me in the right direction of something that would not be too overwhelming for me. Our glasses were never empty and she checked in just the right amount of times. Definitely will be back.

  Came here the night before Valentine’s Day; our usual date spot. Unfortunately our server just wasn’t up to par. She wasn’t very good; drinks took a very long time. She also had no sense of urgency. The food was hard or the sauces would be a little stuck so you could tell our food was sitting in the window for awhile. The food here is usually phenomenal so it’s no fault of the cooks. The tables next to us had equal experiences with her as they had multiple things comped off by the manager, or entrees arrived before Apps. Hopefully they can train her a bit more before they send her out with a full section during a busy holiday week. Looking forward to a better experience next time!

  I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jessica A at Bonefish Grill, and I can confidently say she delivered one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we were seated, Jessica was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made us feel valued—not just like customers, but like guests she truly cared about. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive. She gave thoughtful recommendations, answered every question with confidence, and made sure our meal was exactly what we wanted. Every detail was handled with professionalism and grace. Our drinks were always refilled promptly, our food arrived perfectly timed, and she checked in just enough to ensure we were happy without ever being intrusive. What stood out most was her positive energy. Jessica has a natural warmth that makes the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly understands what exceptional customer service means. Because of Jessica, our visit to Bonefish Grill wasn’t just a meal — it was a memorable experience. She is an incredible asset to the team, and we will absolutely be back, hoping to sit in her section again. Thank you, Jessica, for going above and beyond!

  Reservation at 7 but had to sit at 7:35. Whatever. Food was alright, but the sides of broccoli and rice were very salty and borderline inedible, and I'm never one to complain about too much seasoning. Crab cake was just okay. Service was a little off, we saw about 4 different people throughout our meal and sorta felt forgotten about. Didn't feel like the usual standards were met on a busy valentine's night. Things happen and I'll chalk it up to honest mistakes. We typically like going here for special occasions but tonight was off.
