- SSSabrina1 day ago2.0Other locations are super fast and super good. For some reason this location is soooooo slow. Workers seem nice but waiting such a long time when I see other locations much busier and able to get cars out fast makes no sense to me. Sometimes my drinks taste differently than they are supposed too. I was so excited for this location when I moved here but I haven’t been in awhile because of the wait.
- TETina Ellaine2 days ago3.0I moved from AZ a few years ago and was super excited to have a Dutch bros in Ohio. I always had really great drinks and personable baristas. As much as I love the coffee, It seems like 3/4 times I go it takes 30 minutes plus to get my drink, as well as the workers seeming understaffed and overwhelmed. Sadly I don’t get the same environment as the ones out west but the drinks are still good !
- DEdaniel erlandson6 days ago5.0Love Dutch Bros coffee. The opening did a great job keeping up with the massive amount of customers. Service got slower as the opening team left and the local employees worked through learning the process. Speed has picked up and I think their drinks blow Starbucks out of the water. The Sunday rush before church gets crazy amd as much as I'd love to get a coffee before church, I end up avoiding it altogether. Keep up the great work Dutch!

I sat and watched three different workers come out of the drive-through window and talk to the car in front of me for 15 minutes not only was I waiting there and listening to their entire conversation because they were so loud and obnoxious that my drink is watered down because it’s been sitting in the line for 15 minutes. Do better this is extremely disappointing for a six dollar coffee
- S2Skippy 2RadMar 24, 20265.0Im so freaking geeked that DutchBros finally agreed to come to ohio because I fell in love with them in Phoenix Arizona 10yrs ago & they are literally my favorite coffee spot EVER! With Dunkin placing second but will still never compare to the atmosphere and service youll get at Dutch Bros. Although im worried the younger ohio folks might be as amazing as the crews that served me in Arizona. I hope the truly realize what am amazing company they work for. I haven't had a chance to visit the new ones here in ohio but im hopeful that my rating won't change, even after I do. I LOVE YOU DUTCH BROS!! We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
