    Just the regular 30 minute waits in line for a 3/4 filled drink (ordered as is, no removals) that tastes like soap was in it. This specific Dunkin seems to just be incapable of fixing the issues, this is the third time I've given them a chance in two years. Never changes.

    Every single time I go to this place they forget parts of my order. I’m usually really friendly about forgetting items cause shit happens but today I go back in due to forgotten 25 ct donut holes and I show the guy my app where it says 25. Didn’t think I’d have to check if they can read or count so I get home and I’m given half of the 25 count. Useless as hell and I’m never going back. It’s literally every single time

    My boyfriend went there to pick up my mobile order while I was at work. I got the notification that it was placed. He went through the drive through twice and they proceeded to keep telling him that the didn’t have the order. So he went inside and they once again said they had no web orders. She asked for proof which he had. Then he saw my order sitting on the counter and told them that it was right there. They proceed to sit and laugh at him because they thought it was funny. Eventually gave him my order. There is no reason they should be laughing over a mess up on their own part. Like you are messing with peoples money at that point. Completely unacceptable. I’ve never had issues with the workers there. Have some decency towards others or find a new job that’s not working where you interact with people.

    Not sure what is going on but this location can't never get an order right? $7 coffee should definitely be made as ordered, went through twice for a sec chance to correct it... nope still wrong! Definitely missing the mark! Get it together!
