  Dairy Queen advertises and is known for their chicken strip basket, but it’s kinda hard to get when this location doesn’t even own a fryer. This isn’t 1950 anymore, either update or shut down. Tons of amazing local ice cream shops to go to for the nostalgia of an ice cream shack, just bad business practice at this location in my opinion. Our family went to the DQ in our home state once a week for some chicken tenders and ice cream, but that stopped when we moved here 5 years ago. We stopped by this location for the first time in a few years last week just for ice cream. My blizzard was missing about a third of what could fit in the cup, so not only do they not offer popular menu items at this location but it also seems they can’t afford to give you your full order either.

  Woman at the drive through was rude and told us they didn’t have fries anymore ?? When it’s literally on their menu. We ordered the Valentine’s Day cupcakes and this is what we got doesn’t look very Valentine’s Day to me and definitely doesn’t look like the picture they advertised for them

  I went through the drive-through and ordered a chocolate milkshake made with chocolate ice cream. When I learned that they don’t have chocolate ice cream I requested for extra chocolate syrup because the last time I got a milkshake from this location, it had hardly any syrup at all in it and still tasted very vanilla. The girl rudely interrupted me and cut me off and wouldn’t finish listening to My request so when I pulled up to the window, I asked for a manager. The young man at the window went to get the manager. The manager was a young teenage girl with nose rings, comes to the window with the headpiece on – It was the same girl that rudely took my order and cut me off and didn’t want to hear it. When I saw who it was, I said never mind. I will wait till tomorrow to speak to a different manager about your rudeness. The girls response was, and I quote “good because they’re gonna care about as much as I do”. I will never go back to this location.

  This Dairy Queen is great. I like to get the choco brownie blizzard with extra brownies added in. Sometimes I will say that the blizzard isn't well mixed, so give it a good stir with your spoon to get the toppings well distributed... But the service is fast and the workers are on point!
