- RSRobi SimmsMar 25, 20261.0Only one person on the line each time we come in. They work on DoorDash orders and ignore the people in the store. There’s currently a line of 15 people with one guy doing the orders and who’s also running the register. They also don’t change gloves or wash hands after handling the register. I have probably 10 more minutes to write this review before I get served. I’ve been here for 15 mins. Get better.

Never again coming to this location. EDITED: They offered to remake my food with the sane old cold ingredients when I declined they offered a refund....I have been double charged and the call center wont refund my meal I MIGHT get a refund on my double charge though....im not sure ill ever go to any Chipotle again after this.
- CHCollin HannaFeb 17, 20261.0Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru line for my order to still not be ready when I got to the window. Upon waiting longer for my food I drove it home. Got my girlfriend’s quesadilla out and it was a solid piece of meat. She ordered the barbacoa and it was inedible. Not toasted. Not to mention the chips taste like they’re a week old, and chipotle support was awful to just get a proper refund. The employees should be sick for thinking it was acceptable to send that food out.
