  Been to a lot of Chipotles. Was hesitant about visiting based on reviews. As one woman posted, the complete change in management has served it right! Portions were great, and quality was great. This is a place for those of us that are trying to watch our weight or lose weight. It’s not authentic Mexican as we all know. So if you’re rating it comparing it to an authentic Mexican restaurant, you’re not well informed. Should be a 4.5 star now!

  Last time there they gave me very small amount and very dry scraped the bottom steak. My fiance waited for more and it never came so he got tired of waiting and got chicken, which also was a small serving. Everything was added in much smaller quantities than the usual. Except for rice, they overloaded it with rice. We won't be back.

  It's chipotle. Their food is fine. The restaurant is fine. The people are fine. But good Lord they can't get an order 100% right to save their lives. Sometimes it's small and we just don't care enough to go back.but it's always something. Toppings wrong, missing entire side items, getting the main protein completely wrong. Some QC would be great.

  Food is generally good. But the chips.. They always suck. Like, I'm not exaggerating. Every time I get chips, they are either under cooked, over cooked, too many cooked at one time and they stick together and are barely edible. The greese was old and not changed. There's no salt or lime on them. Like.. I need decent chips please. That's all.

  Honestly, I originally wanted to give this location one star because of my experience with the manager. I believe her name was Vicky (a female manager with gray hair). Unfortunately, she was extremely rude to me and was also speaking disrespectfully to the staff. It was honestly one of the worst interactions I’ve ever had with a manager at any type of business. Thankfully, an employee named Melissa stepped in and completely changed the experience for me. She was respectful, professional, and treated me like a valued customer. Melissa did an excellent job, and if it weren’t for her, I probably wouldn’t consider eating at another Chipotle again. I truly hope someone from corporate sees this and reaches out because the management at this store needs serious improvement. Based on my experience, Vicky should not be managing this location. Her behavior toward customers was unacceptable, and I’ve even heard other customers mention similar concerns. Melissa, on the other hand, deserves recognition. She restored my faith in the staff and showed what good customer service should look like. I’m grateful for the way she handled the situation. This store clearly has employees who care, but the management needs serious attention.
