  Juliette..said “manager”. The lack of decorum and professionalism in how you audibly speak about your employees is deplorable. They hear you. Customers hear you. As a manager, you speak about your fellow employees as if they are below you, and to quote YOU, “Ew, I thought he didn’t work here anymore”. As someone in leadership, please elaborate on how effective you think this is to morale? While you sit in the back, counting on said “ew” employees to put out the work that you don’t even begin to dirty your fingers with. The immaturity and lack of professionalism is sickening. As a manager myself, I will NOT EVER darken the doorways of this establishment, and will detour all that entertain the idea. 👎👎👎

  Was coldly greeted before being asked “for here or to go?”. My girlfriend asked for chicken in her burrito and instead of being served the new chicken that just came out she was given less than a normal portion of the scraps from the old chicken. After we were ready to check out we were standing there waiting with no cashier present for a bit until a cashier finally came out. There was even a point where there was absolutely no worker present and customers were waiting to order (picture posted). The tables were all dirty and the trash was full of trays and trash to the point we couldn’t even properly throw our trash away. We visit this location pretty often and have never experienced this poor of customer service and overall experience at any chipotle.

  Always fun to come to this location the workers here are so funny and I always love seeing them! I'm rather picky so it's good I get to eat somewhere where I won't be judged. Always my go to if nothing else comes to mind. Thank you random emo person who sung "where are you" I will always respond to that LOL Have a good one see you all soon!

  While our bowls were delicious, brown rice was undercooked. Understaffed for a Sunday dinner rush. 3 people working. Gentleman working the line had to stop and prep ingredients for orders he was actively taking and making.

  Slow slow slow service, Just unbearably slow. I waited 20 minutes after my online pickup was supposed to be ready and the staff hadn't even begun working on it.
