  40 minutes in the drive thru at 9:15 at night, and then you get to the window and they are out of the item you ordered for and paid for ahead of time, online. The app says when they are out of stuff, so how does that happen? Even then if they were apologetic or helpful about it, it would help.

  What a joke I was stuck in like from 10 am until 10:49 I'm just now pulling out. Order breakfast online at 10am got at the window at 1030 said my name 5 times no one answered then they said they had to cancel my breakfast order so I had to wait in line for 19 more minutes to be able to pull out and leave

  This restaurant has a CFA train. I never saw one before. It added alot of character. Kami W took our order. She was very helpful and kind. Brian Self brought our order. They both made were made sure we had everything

  3 stars is a bit too generous. I with I could give 2.5 stars because it’s a 50%/50% with this place. If they’re busy, your food might be missing or wrong. If they’re aren’t busy, it might be right, but they’re almost always busy, so it’s more often than not that your food is wrong or missing. Slow down a bit, listen to customers, and go above and beyond to fix it (not just fix it). I had to drive back 15 min, wait about 5 more minutes to get my order fixed. Not impressed. And for the whole food industry, customers shouldn’t have to double check or triple check that you made the order correctly. Customer should only have to confirm what they order when they order; then it’s on the restaurant to make sure it’s right; not the customer. It’s THAT simple.

  Everything is a five star. Employees were nice and the manager. And the food was exceptional. The employees took their time with the food in an awsome way. Dine-in was a great experience. Temperature was amazing, food, drinks, sides and desserts there were perfectly cooked. I'd recommend going here again sometime. And you can get free refills if I'm not mostaken? Idk if I'm wrong about that last part, but I definitely know this place is amazing and it's workers. They deserve a raise for sure. I even told them they're awsome. Definitely bring a family here any time you can, your spouse, or your friends and bestie. And I don't think I had any problem with this place. And for the employees possibly reading this, the tables were clean and so was the floor and the atmosphere was amazing and fresh. And as a "You're welcome" to your thanks for this review... It's my pleasure! 😉 ★★★★★
