  STALE BUNS. Boo. No way kitchen staff didn't feel two buns were stale, that's straight up apathy and not caring about the customer's experience. That's how you lose customers. Order was made at 1 p.m. on a Friday, how are buns stale at the time? The bottom part of two buns were hard and not edible. Chicken sandwich was great, except those stale buns. Not sure if I'll order from here again.

  Disgusting old overpriced food chicken was so old it was like a rock if your going to charge this much atleast have it be fresh

  This is the second time now where I have placed an order on DoorDash BEFORE closing - on the app it specifically says “available for orders until 1:00AM”. I placed an order at 12:50 - May be annoying I know, but some of us work late. At around 1:30 I noticed my order had gotten dropped by a second dasher and upon looking online I saw the store was closed so I called to see if I should just come and pick up instead of waiting on a dasher. The guy on the phone said “oh yeah your order was placed too late but I can’t cancel it on my end.” Huh? It says until 1 on the website so this tells me they didn’t want to make it. This is the SECOND time they have done this - clearly going against their listed hours - and the SECOND time that I’ve had to be connected with DoorDash support to get a full refund for my order. Ridiculous and I’m sure the manager doesn’t know they are doing this to people and going against store hours because they don’t feel like it.

  Food was not good. No flavor and greasy. Got 3 different flavors and none of them had any flavor or seasonings. Put my own Franks wing sauce on them to make them somewhat edible. Will not stop again. I can make better at home

  Google needs to add a NEGATIVE STARS option. Wingstop straight up stole our money. Placed a $75+ order (tip included) for our Christmas Eve party and they never gave us our order. Took the money and never made the food. No calls from the store. Manager has ghosted us. No apologies. No refund. Tried calling multiple times and the manager is conveniently never there. We were promised a call back - never got any kind of missed calls nor messages from the store. Contacted corporate several times and getting the runaround from them too. Corporate claimed they put in a refund request with management, but we’re now 7 business days later and no refund. Pathetic excuse for customer service and a dishonest company. Do NOT give the Cuyahoga Falls store your business as they will steal your money.
