  This is the closest Taco Bell to my house. The wait is always excessive. The wait wouldn't bother me if the staff were more polite and they could get my order correct. The staff do not acknowledge you and are obviously annoyed with having to do their job. My order has never once been correct. I have paid for things I didn't receive or received someone else's order entirely. Today I ordered a cheese quesadilla and when I got home it was loaded with chicken. I highly recommend making the drive to a different Taco Bell.

  The poor staff had a drive-thru line around the building, evidently not enough workers. Through it all the staff were very nice and professional. The food was expected from Taco Be. It was a long drive through time.

  I have never had a good experience at this restaurant.Slow service, poor quality food (cold / incorrect portions). Very inconsistent. Avoid if you can.

  I came on a Saturday night with my brother and order online to save some time, ended up waiting 30 minutes on my food and when I got to the speaker because we couldn’t go inside, they said that they couldn’t do two orders for a car. They said we would have to go around for the second order. Didn’t try to help us at all. Not only that, but the lady on the speaker was super disrespectful and told us to go to a different Taco Bell for better service. I just ended up grabbing mine first and going back through for my brothers. Absolutely terrible. Haven’t even gotten out of line for my brothers yet and I’m still writing this review. Not only that but food is colder than snow and I’m pissed. Will update if anything else happens. Unacceptable. Update: we went around and got my brothers food, and it was cold. She said that she would remake it. She gave us the same taco back… I drove off before I could anything. Worst fast food experience of my life. I can’t imagine how many bad reviews they are going to get tonight, but I’m sure that it is going to be more than just me. I hope this review actually makes it somewhere instead of being ignored, so that they can actually make some change. I wish words could’ve describes my experience better than what I could muster up, but I hope this gets the point across. Thanks for the food

  The employee we talked to was extremely rude. Told us to go to another Taco Bell because we asked for both our mobile orders through the drive thru after we waited close to 30 mins. Will NEVER be coming back.
