I drive out of my way to go to this Taco Bell. I love the food at Taco Bell, but the other locations I've been to have treated me so terribly I've stopped going, but here they take my order and get my food out quickly. I feel taken care of here. 💗

This restaurant needs to be and will be reported to the ADA. A hearing impaired person has gone through the drive-through more than once with no issues up to a point. The speaker system is lousy and it's very difficult for a person that is nearly deaf in one ear which is the side facing the drive-thru speaker and the other ear with hearing loss. This was all due to an injury that happened in a place of business, and this person has had to adapt to life being very different. The employees that work the drive-through are overly concerned about a timing system. Not sure if that was the case the day the person went through the drive-thru, but it's been something that's been observed. Went through the drive-thru two times in the last week, one being in the afternoon. When the person asked if they could please come to the window to place their order because they are hearing impaired The person at the window/microphone yelled at the person to pull up. Pull up! As loud as they could. Second experience the person that was hearing impaired was told when they asked if they could pull up to place the order they said, "WE CAN'T DO THAT!" Then proceeded to yell loudly through the speaker. The LACK of understanding about hearing loss from these people that work the drive-thru is unbelievable. this is outright discrimination. How in the world do you expect a person with a disability to place an order through a drive-thru when you won't let them come to the window so they can see your face and understand your words? I will never step foot again in your establishment ever. I know you're glad about that because of the way the person was treated that went through your line more than once. There is no excuse for this. Your employees are awful the way they act. I have had most terrible experiences through your drive-thru. Your drive-thru and your establishment on Graham Road has a bad reputation but other Taco bells. I will never put myself through this again with you. I come to your place of business and you give me a hard time because of something I can't help. Instead of being helpful, you were hateful. There is a difference. There's no excuse for this kind of behavior and attitude and I got both bad from the drive-thru. This is for no good reason. You don't understand hearing loss and there are many different types not just from being older. Many people lose their hearing as a result of an accident which was the case with me. You need to be reported to the ADA. It's illegal to do what you did!
