  There is something wrong with McDonald’s. They have literally become the WORST fast food chain in existence. No matter which location I try, it’s a nightmare. I just went here to use my rewards for a McFlurry. They literally filled the cup with ice cream and sprinkled m&ms on top. Didn’t mix it AT ALL

  I don't get it.... If you use the app, why does it take 15+ minutes to get a McChicken. I know I sound like a Karen, but I legitimately don't understand why it is so hard. The young lady who tried to make it right was amazing.

  I ordered a hot and spicy McChicken meal deal with a lemonade and honey mustard on the side. I got a McCrispy, no honey mustard, and didn’t get my lemonade. When I went in they said they didn’t have the spicy McChicken, which is fine but that should’ve been said when I ordered. They also said the lemonade was on the counter 🤣 (we went through the drive through) Not to mention they weren’t friendly and whoever took our order, couldn’t speak above a whisper. Wouldn’t ever go there again.

  All the tables were dirty. Womens restroom was a disaster, toilet paper cover ripped off laying on the floor, napkins covering the floor. Ordered honey with my order. Was given hot honey sauce. When my husband went to the counter he brought it to their attention. He was given an attitude and was told its the same thing. He said it is not then they gave him the correct item while rolling their eyes and more attitude. The employee was a black girl with red hair that was not fully pulled up. I saw her later in the bath room, washed her hands for 3 seconds, dried them for 3 seconds, started messing with her hair, didnt rewash her hands then went on to working again handling food. Would not recommend this restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Most of the people who went through the drive through kept coming in with incorrect orders to be fixed.
