I ordered an online order to the wrong location (this location) and when I went to pick up my order at the location I meant to order at, they told me to call and get a refund from the one I accidentally put the pickup for. I called the number from google, and from the subway app for this location multiple times over 3 hours, and it just kept ringing. I finally decided to call the other state road location, where I was told “they either don’t have a phone or don’t answer their phones because we can never get ahold of them either.” I had to use the “customer service chatbot” on their website, as that’s the only way to get assistance through subway. The character limit was 250 characters and I could barely fit an explaination of my problem. I was told I would receive an email shortly, and now it’s been over 24 hours and have yet to receive a refund or an email back. This location even marked my order as “picked up” on the app?? I will not be returning to this subway ever again. How does a business not have a phone??
