  Got food here for my wife, they forgot things on the sandwich and she said it was disgusting, called to have them remake it for both reasons and they told me I might have to pay for a new one because of a bread shortage for their mess up. Will NEVER be coming back to this location.

  Very disappointed with many things on this visit! We stood there for a few minutes before we were even spoke to. We were the only eating customers in the building. I got a chicken salad made as a salad it was the most poor example of a $10 salad i have ever seen (will post pic so you can see) my husband got a 6 inch hot shot his was ok. After making my salad they informed me that I needed to eat my salad with a spoon as they didn't have any forks. The workers proceeded in talking foreign I assumed about me because I complained about not being able to eat a salad with a spoon. Lastly, the only other person in the restaurant was a man with a computer that he had open and the lady who waited on us couldn't wait to get out from behind the counter to sit with him. We felt very unwelcome! I am very happy that there are a few more subway restaurants near me that I can go to instead!

  I placed an online order 4th of July which they were open. My order was missing 3 ingredients, and what ingredients were on were so few their was more bread than anything. I could not see the cheese. Anyway, my husband's sub looked small too, but he was to hungry to have it sent back. I went back and the person at the counter essentially implied I was a liar about missing ingredients. She pointed out the cheese I could not see was in the sandwich, so I asked what about the other ingredients, i think at this point she realized i just want my order done correctly. So, she made a pretend phone call to some manager to act like she could go ahead and remake the sandwich. I was so mad about being called a liar and her giving me a hassle to not remake the sandwich that I just wanted a refund and to leave, but she said refunds are not allowed. I know this is wrong too, because I've had incorrect orders made before throughout the last 20 years and no subway store has ever treated me like this. I worked as a manager in customer service retail and food industry and this level of service was beyond appalling. I will not be back to this location. I highly encourage people to not use order online pickup. Quality is never the same no matter what location. When she finally remade my sandwich it was twice the size of the initial sandwich. She did not apologize I just got a lot of push back. As I left the store 2 people were entering and she told them they close 6:30 early for 4th of July. I'm assuming she did not want to mess up her clean counters to remake my sandwich. I do not often have issues with subway.

  Arrived at this location, and another within a few miles, to find that it was closed. It was almost an hour before it's supposed to close according to google and subway website. I suggested that the hours on google be changed to 9pm, since they were clearly closed well before even 9:30pm. If you come in, well over an hour before it closes, you're not rude. I've worked in many locations and you only need (if you're slow) 30 minutes to close down. And even so, being completely closed over an hour before displayed is the responsibility of the store, not google. And if they're completely closed well over an hour before displayed, that means they began to close down around 8 or 8:30, well before 9, making it still a problem with the store, not the community or google. Plus, all the other locations are doing the exact same thing as this one, so your little comment about there being more that "close at 10" is also wrong. Who eats that late? How about people who work nights, late shifts, or anything but whatever you work that you're considering the only possible schedule for people to be up apparently.
