  Ordered pepperoni pan pizza & cheese sticks. Was hot and cooked perfectly. Great experience. If you want the amazing Pizza Hut food you love, you'll get it from this location.

  They gave us our food and forgot our drink in the drive through. That doesn't really bother me because we are all human but there is no excuse for my pizza to look like this and my wife's pizza having what seems to be extra sauce when we made is very clear over the phone that it was supposed to be light on the sauce

  Ordered a original stuffed crust pizza, picked it up and got home just for us to notice its paper thin, we didnt order thin crust, had to feed the kid cause bedtime was soon and school starts back tomorrow so 1 slice was missing, called the store and they wouldn't replace the pizza....will never order from this location again....I have never gotten a stuff crust pizza this thin before...absolutely horrible

  This place needs help I received my food last night and it was burnt and sauce-less. Then I call back to the restaurant this morning and they wanna offer me half of my money back. You burnt all my food so I want all my money back. I hate this Pizza Hut.

  Most of the employees are wonderful, friendly people, and I appreciate that. And when the pizza is done right, it's excellent. But every time I order a pizza and there's a discount or a special, they get cheap. NEVER order a personal pan pizza on a Tuesday. They're only a couple of dollars, but what you get won't be a pan pizza. On that day they serve pre-cooked, heated up garbage in a metal foil pan. If you go into the store to complain, they will shrug and tell you that you get what you pay for. Today I took advantage of their 50% off Cyber Monday deal, and again got a terrible pizza. Barely any toppings, and not only did I not get the extra cheese I paid for, but I got light cheese. I would rather pay the normal $15 dollars for a pizza done right instead of $11 for this garbage. And if I want my money back, I have to go back up to the store in person. Which is super inconvenient. There is no way to call. If you want to do it from home, you have to access Pizza Hut's customer service in a chat online. And it is worse than useless. IF they don't disconnect you, they'll just tell you that the store will get back to you and nothing else. But the store never does. Don't ask for anything more, and make sure you type fast because I get disconnected by them more than 50% of the time. If there's more than 15 seconds of airtime with no reply, they will just leave. If you ask for anything else, they leave. If you sound unhappy with them, they just leave. Save yourself some grief and find a different pizza place. That's what I'm going to do.
