It appears this McDonalds has quite the history. I don't see any responses. This took place at 11/11/25 at 435pm. We ordered a double cheeseburger combo through the app. While in line ordered a cone 2 different DT numbers. The 1st order was given i asked for the cone and simply told me to drive around again. I am like it is a long line it is a cone just get me the cone. Telling me it will affect my time slammed the drive thru window in my face complete attitude. So I drove around again once to the window asked if she made her time and she slammed the window again. Wow I guess I am stunned, more worried about the time than a customer? You should be fired for being rude or restrained ridiculous.

I was told cheese would be coming so we waited and waited but eventually left since I had an appt to make. I was not offered any compensation for the burger. They also keep the ketchup behind the counter here for some reason and don't give it to you by default???
