  Food is fine but drive thru lines are always 20 plus minutes. Id have left if i hadn't ordered on the app and paid

  Service is good awful and takes super long for the quality of food you are getting it's not worth it. And that's if you even get your food, at this location you never know.

  They are constantly yelling at each other and most of them have a major attitude and their bathroom was so disgusting I couldn't even use it not that I could if I wanted to because they were out of toilet paper in every stall

  How in the world does McDonald's take over half an hour to fill an order? 2 kids meals, 20 nuggets, a lg fry, and a Dr coke has never remotely came close to taking that long EXCEPT at this location. This is the 3rd visit we have made there and somehow it gets to be a longer wait each time. When we were in we saw 2 vehicles in the drive thru, then 2 customers waiting on food with us. Can't believe it. We will not be back to that location even though the food was hot and fresh.

  Every time I go here the service is terrible. Staff isn't rude per say but they neglect their dining room customers severely and don't give you your order. They have kiosks for orders and when I place my order I will see like 6 staff or more in the kitchens but none doing anything for front. They also ignore customers that pay cash at registers. They've forgotten my drinks every single time and it'll take them 5-10 minutes to even acknowledge my existence as I stand at their counter, half the time my drinks are made in view and they just didn't give it to me. Lots of kids that don't care work there, one who said "do you need something" after like 20 minutes of waiting for my food as he walked around the dining room on his phone drinking a freeze. Today I had went there for breakfast and they shut off their kiosks and their mobile orders and the staff was standing around eating and some sitting in the dining room, none working so I went to another location. I run a Wendy's as the general manager with little to no staff on my shifts and run way better with quicker and accurate service. I go here because it's close but I'd rather drive the distance just to get at least decent service.
