  The amount of attitude and sass I get when I order a coffee and not attitude and sass wild at that point, put a side of bad attitude on the menu, yall need a dad working there. Dont like ur job? Quit. I literally guess on my way in to get my drink, "they are going to say something I bet" and I got 2 items a coffee and sandwich. And I got sass. No wonder dunkins close consistently.

  I've tried dunkin 3 times now since it opened- and every time has been a huge disappointment. It's a cold piece of cheese on a "warm" sandwich, 10 minute wait time for a coffee and a donut, or absolute disrespect I get each time I visit. Fix your ordering system, get a friendlier manager, and train some faster employees. It's been months since you opened.

  By far, the worst dunkin that I have ever been to, and that says a lot. It’s quite sad considering how brand new this location is and I would expect kinks, but the kinks go well beyond newly opened. I have given this place multiple chances and every time I have to wait at the drive-through despite putting my order in ahead on the mobile app for a minimum of 15 minutes just and there’s nobody else in line or in the parking lot at all and it still takes that long and on the most recent trip nobody bothered to say that hey we are out of munchkins I go up to the window she hand me my drink, which by the way horribly made and then just proceeds to stare at me and then finally asked are you missing something and I said yes, my munchkins oh, we’re out of those so why did I have to ask for my food why can’t you be efficient enough to tell me at the speaker that you’re out or at the window when I’m picking up my food, Not just assumed that I’m gonna go on my merry way and then tell me that I can’t refund you. You have to go through the app and do that but there’s no way to get refunded through the app so you just stole my money. Also, the man with long hair is a nose picker and needs to learn how to keep his finger out of his nose if he’s going to be touching people

  Been there twice since they opened and I must just visit during their good times (according to their other reviews) because service both times were fast and concise. Workers were friendly and sweet! It’s just fast food so I don’t expect a lot to begin with.

  I'm always hesitant to write a bad review about places that recently opened as I understand the employees are still learning; however the service here was particularly poor. I was the only customer in the drive thru (and seemingly the whole store) and I still had to wait several minutes before they took my order. I only got a flavored iced tea and they still managed to get it wrong after asking multiple clarifying questions. Employee at the window was not friendly at all and only said, "$2.70". No hello and definitely no you're welcome after I said thank you. After all that I drove off with a cup full of ice and raspberry instead of blueberry tea. Never again.
