  I chose this location against my better judgment. When I called to say had forgotten a key ingredient the person representing this billion dollar franchise told me to bring it back with the receipt and it could be remade. Like most people who stop here, turning around is not a viable option. I asked if she could write it in a book for credit. “You can bring it back or not!” Then she hung up on me. The phone call didn’t drop… she literally hung up on me with one of those old fashioned phones!!! Now, I am so grateful I have great deal of self control and I am already at my destination. There aren’t many people who take kindly to rude service but hanging up on a customer is another level of disrespect and immaturity. I don’t think you can teach common courtesy - therefore, whomever answered the phone on camera between 11:00-11:20 am should be let go as an employee. This person is a lawsuit waiting to happen. In the past, I have boycotted this location for weeks because they are incapable of cooking bacon to look like the commercial on television adds. {11|20|2025 CHK 605}

  Beyond terrible. In a previous visit, I ordered a coffee inside the store with cream on the side. The cashier sold me the coffee and when I asked about the cream that wasn't in the bag she said you have to go down to the other side to get it. Of course, I had to wait on the second person to acknowledge me and get it for me, which took some time. Today we went through the drive-through and ordered a black coffee. We sat there and sat there while we watched them take the oder of the car behind us and make their specialty drink and order. How long does it take to pour a black coffee and hand it to me. According to Dunkin a very long time because we have to start on the order behind you. I tried to call to numerous times so that I wouldn’t have to post this but they would not answer their phone. Their customer sevice is the worst. Not going back there anytime soon. Do better Dunkin. Jeeze!

  Listen I’ve been to a lot of dunkin’s around the Akron/Kent Area, and when I say a lot I mean ALL of them. I come here about once a week and it’s always my best Dunkin experience! This is the one place that has made cold brew correctly and make the drinks how they should. The window person is always so amazing as well!! You guys are doing phenomenal! Keep it up!
