They do not take responsibility for their drivers. I just ordered food from the Chipotle App, and the dasher picked up my food, rolled into my parking lot, marked my food as delivered, and then sped off! DoorDash STOLE MY ORDER. Chipotle was great in issuing me a refund, and Chipotle gets 5 Stars, but DoorDash get -5 Stars. If you get the dasher "Cindy" request another driver, she will steal your food.

Both Chipotles in the Falls are very mismanaged. And the last time I got a bowl from this location it was ice cold - despite ordering online from across the street!

That’s objectively hilarious that they missed 3/4 of the order… just go to portage or Howe Avenue this place is a sham of a chipotle There’s a reason the other two stores in Cuyahoga Falls are higher rank than them.
