The only positive comment I have from my experience today (1/10/26), the employees are nice.
Went in about 12 o'clock, was acknowledged within a reasonable time frame. Great 👍.
But then I noticed, about 2 employees , a cook and a front lead. 🤔
Its lunchtime, and the store appears understaffed for a Saturday.
A large family of 6 had just finished and left, another family 5 was ordering ahead of us, and I was a party of four.
About the time we ordered, two additional employees arrived.
When we found a table to eat at, it hadn't been cleaned yet, some crumbs, manageable.
The pump of condiments were filled, except for the honey mustard, which I was able to get from behind the counter.
One sandwich came with cheese on it even though 'no cheese' was ordered.
The buns seemed off, like fresh wise.
The meat on the sandwich, was hardly warm.
The chicken tenders, though precooked, had not been fried long enough and/or sat out to long after being fried.
Kinda how when you're undstaffed and you pre make orders before the order is taken, to try and keep up with getting food out. 🤔
But that never a good play. The customers experience is negatively impacted.
