  Didn’t know “foamzen’s” were on the menu 😂😭. I try to give this location a chance, however they just don’t know how to make the frozen coffees. As nice as the employees are, it has happened multiple times on different occasions. It’s just not worth taking back and having them fix.

  I usually get a coffee. I dont have any bad experiences at this dunkin. Im sure things will get better but perhaps Dunkin should pay more money .money is motivation.

  I had a very disturbing experience at this Dunkin’ location. While waiting for my coffee, I clearly saw one of the male employees put his hand inside his pants. After that, he returned to work without washing his hands and handled my coffee with those same unwashed hands. I politely told him that this is unacceptable and a serious hygiene issue. Instead of addressing the concern, another female employee started yelling at me and demanded that I leave the store. I was essentially kicked out for speaking up about a legitimate health concern. This is extremely unprofessional and unsafe. Proper hygiene is the most basic requirement in any food service environment. I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this location. I regret buying coffee from here. This incident occurred today, April 4, 2026.

  Okay let me just start this by saying, I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER, been treated this way at a Dunkin. And I also never name drop, but this MUST be addressed. Miss girl JORDYN, took my order, and it was all fine and well, I was waiting for my bananaberry protein refresher and after not 5 minutes, god in a cup was presented to me. My girl, she LOADED ME UP. She said they ran out of the typical lids they would usually use, so she used a dome lid and FILLED THAT THANG WITH BANANA COLD FOAM. Let’s just say I was very excited after that. Jorden deserves a raise, she was so awesome and kind to me, I never learn the names of any workers, but I just HAD to go out of my way for Miss diva because honestly I’ve been having a hard time with my cancer diagnosis and she brought me just a little bit of joy in this dark time for me. Thank you, Jorden, you will be in my will.
