- CSChristopher StefancikApr 10, 20262.0I don’t recall ordering my pizza cold and burnt. Interesting combo. I think I got the accident special. Always look at your pizza before you drive off. Once I got home I was too tired to take it back or call and complain but it will be a looooooong time before I order Donatos again.

When I called for an update they said the order left 5 minutes ago with a door dash driver but we are only 3 minutes away from the store. I messaged the door dash driver and he said he was still waiting on the order. When we got the pizza it was under cooked and the crust was soggy and soft. Terrible pizza and service.
