    My fiance ate RAW chicken from this location. I spoke with a female manager on the pm shift & she was incredibly rude. I have been serving chicken in a restaurant for 13 years and have never served raw chicken or treated someone like that if they did have an issue. I am beyond disgusted by this managers choice of handling this situation. I asked if she would be having a follow up conversation with her cooks and she said "well obviously" ma'am it isn't obvious if they served it in the first place.

    Food is meh. Specifically the fries. Every single time ive come here and gotten fries with my food theyre either stale, soggy, or rock hard. I think theres only been a SINGLE time I got somewhat warm "fresh" fries and that was probably on accident. No i don't want to contact guest relations before you ask, I see you constantly saying that in response to reviews. Deal with the issues your restaurant has instead.
