  I used to love coming to this location, but they must have gotten new management. The customer service is absolutely terrible and they close their drive thru early, so when you’re sitting their while all the lights are on and you’re trying to order, wasting time, they get an attitude with you when you go in close to close. Honestly would have been faster if they just took the order at the window. Will be going out of my way for a different location from here on out.

  Walk into store, see employee behind food counter on the phone, no acknowledgement for 5 minutes, finally someone else comes out from the back to ring us up. Told they don't have any mozzarella sticks, completely unacceptable. Floor sticky all over. Get food, once home about 5 minutes later the corned beef sandwich is cold and the fries are barley filled. Will try Chapel Hill store if/when we go back!!! Disappointing

  Ordered two separate roast beef and cheese sandwiches, double and half pound. Barely a dollop of cheese on these, the half pound had like a quarter sized drop, driest roast beef we have ever tasted along with being seemingly very old meat.

  Been to this location 2 times but will not make the mistake of a 3rd. Both times waited 15+ minutes for 2 large meals, both times forgot half my order.
