If you are not dealing with a long wait, even though there are no other cars in line, you call the store and have the employee hang up on you. My husband went there on December 12, 1925, and got us a Mexican pizza. It tasted like cardboard and chemicals. It was absolutely disgusting. Don't bother calling, as the manager does not seem to care. WE have free food from previous visits that they forgot to give us. I tried to collect that one time, and was told they had no record of my call with the manager. I will drive to a different location, which is sad, as this is my neighborhood Taco Bell, and I shouldn't have to do so.
