- CCCiciMar 21, 20261.0Terrible!!! Okay so im not from here and im staying in an air bnb right now about an 8 minute walk from this location. Its 10pm and i don't find it necessary to take the car, considering everything is in walking distance. My boyfriend had gone over to the mcdonalds and they had just closed their lobby. There is a worker outside and he can see about 4 more inside (this will be important later) He asks the worker if it would be fine if he ordered in the drive thru. She doesnt see an issue with it. So he goes to the window and asks and they immediately give him attitude and call over the manager. the manager says he can order as long as theres no cars in the drive thru. So fast forward, hes probably waiting there for 30-40 minutes and they keep sending him away literally every 2 seconds cus theres a car. They never offered to let him go inside and order, there was absolutely no accommodation whatsoever. So he comes back and i just place a doordash order instead. Now tell me why this poor lady is gonna call me and tell me this worker just told her theres only 2 workers AND THEN THEY LET HER INSIDE TO WAIT FOR THE ORDER. Just absolutely ridiculous, this is a small town with everything in walking distance, nobody is taking a car for a 2 minute drive. accommodate for you customers or you dont need to be working customer service. I just spent $45 instead of $20 because yall have no sense. I have worked fast food in the past for several years and never would i expect a customer to stand in 40 degree weather in the night for 40 MINUTES. absolutely insane
