Went to the Arby's on S 2nd Street on Thursday, 10/9/2025, while we were home from Alabama, visiting family. We went inside, just to have a break from riding in the vehicle. What a mistake. First of all, we were greeted with flies. Not just one or two, but more like 20 or 30 flies. Horrible, they were on the tables, the chairs, windows. We finally found a bar like table with no flies on it, but it had been recently wiped down with something that left a mess on the table, all tables appeared to be that way. We had to take napkins and wipe the tables off again. Oh, ordering??? The girl at the register had no kind of customer service experience at all, let alone any kind of personality. No smiles, no nothing. There was not even a thank you as I paid her, no welcome as I thanked her for our food. Nothing. Then, the worst part of it all??? When we walked in the restaurant it was smokey. So smokey inside like something had burnt, been burnt or was on fire. I am not sure if it was the oil or something actually burned and doors were opened to air it out which allowed the flies in or what. Anyhow, we got a Classic Roast Beef, Classic Roast Beef Combo and a Reuben Combo as well as a medium drink and an 8 ct order of jalapeno poppers. The food was great! Poppers were fresh out of the fryer and hot, the Reuben could have been a little warmer, but all in all the food was really good. We come home to visit as often as we can and we all love Arby's but I doubt that the Coshocton Arby's will be a place that we ever visit again. A little personality, some better customer service and some fly swatting after hours might make a difference!!!!!
Update 10/15/25. Contacted Arby's as per their instructions. Still have not heard anything. It really is unfortunate as I always thought very highly of Arby's and loved their Reubens~
