    I used to love this dunkin but now it sucks. My order is wrong almost every time and if it's wrong all you get is "oops, I'll remake it". What should take 5-10 minutes turns into 20+ and it's just not worth it. Cortland has so many good coffee shops that take just as long without getting my order wrong

    This Dunkin SUCKS. My total was $4.69 so I gave the girl $5.70. Obviously I would receive $1.01 back. The girl starts counting NICKELS to give back to me. She proceeded to shut the window and not give me a straw. Every time I tip the new workers they are rude and DONT say thank you. I’ve only had 3 people ever tell me thank you. The drinks taste decent one day and ABSOLUTELY AWFUL the next. There could be no one in line and they would still make you sit at the screen for 10 minutes. I am very disappointed. Do better Dunkin.

    horrible horrible dunkin. there are only a few good employees at this location. other than that, all the others are rude and never say thank you when you tip them. second, they make you wait at the drive through window when nobody is in line. AND THEY NEVER MAKE THE DRINKS RIGHT. every time i order something it takes like GARBAGE. half time they give you the wrong donuts AND their mics are at the lowest volume possible. one time i asked for three creams in my refresher and they gave me a random refresher with just cold foam on top… who would want to drink that???? obviously i keep going here because i have hope in them. BUT IM DISAPPOINTED EVERYTIME!!!!! ITS ALMOST LIKE THEY DO IT ON PURPOSE. shame on you dunkin.
