I bought two large blizzards. One was m&m that had literally 10 m&m's in a LARGE blizzard, and no they weren't all at the bottom.

Just absolutely rude through the drive thru! Got nasty because she didn’t get a tip. Gave me an attitude when I asked for a receipt! I ordered two things! I work hard for my money! Drive thru shouldn’t have expectations like this with a bad attitude! If I think your being pleasant and being nice with a smile than sure I’ll leave you a little something but expecting it to be, No! I won’t be stopping here again for a long while after this rude encounter! I was just passing through because my family still lives in the area! I will just get ice cream in Kinsman before I make my 2hr trip home so I don’t deal with this again!

My husband and I were at the Cortland Dairy Queen on 7/2/25. We both ordered a blizzard. I ordered extra oreos and paid an extra $1. There was no way I had extra oreos. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! My husband ordered peanut butter sauce and paid $1 extra for that. There was not much peanut butter sauce. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOT WORTH PAYING THE EXTRA!!!!

I have been going here the past few months more frequently and I get the strawberry chocolate dipped cheesecake blizzard and everytime I order it I never have cheesecake bites in it? I’ve called before and they’ve said “Well if you bring it back we can put some in there”, so i bit my tongue and ordered it again today but this time I paid for EXTRA cheesecake bites. There was not a single piece of cheesecake bite in my large blizzard. I am done ordering here, if you don’t want to make the blizzards the way they’re advertised , then don’t offer them. It’s a very simple blizzard and it was not busy at all.
