I neglected to tell them double check. Customers should not have to be the quality control person for a store. Our last several sundaes have been wrong, missing an ordered topping or wrong size. Fixing orders not well received. Management please do better.

This place by far does not put the correct amount of candy in their blizzards! Wasn't the first time, but you can bet it's the last!
- AVA VFeb 17, 20261.0Just bought a Cherry Misty Float and it was inedible. The cherry mix was so sour and didn't have any sugar in it. Called to tell them and a woman answered the phone and said their Misty machine was down so they were having to mix everything by hand. She said sorry but did not offer to replace the drink or refund the purchase price. If your machine is not working then don't offer the product until it can be made correctly and your machine is fixed. What a waste of money! Terrible customer service!! Take better care of your customers.
