Corporate dropped the ball and needs to fix the online app. Employees have had several complaints about customers ordering online, their accounts being charged for food and the order never reaches the store to be filled. Then the customer walks into the store and there is no order to be picked up. NOT THE FAULT OF THE EMPLOYEES. THIS IS CORPORATES FAULT. FIX THE APP!!! ☹️

Worked at fast food places before and there has always been an open items options. It’s a petty review because I was only going to buy a side of dressing and if not possible it’s understandable but she could have handled it way better. You never know what someone is going through. Service with a smile.
