    Ordered 3 bowls and a kids meal. First bowl no meat. Second bowl 4 pieces of meat total and drenched in sour cream. Inedible. Kids meal and 1 bowl correct.

    When we walked in the door, the employees were all huddled together talking. One was wearing gloves while he rubbed his hands all over his hat, arms and hair. The manager who helped make the food was chewing gum with his mouth open while assembling orders. My daughter's tacos were just plain sad and mostly empty. I don't know what happened because this place used to be good.

    Regular Chipotle, 3 bowls, 2 drinks, 1 bag chips and salsa was about $45. Food was warm and good. Staff was real professional .

    9 pm walk in to order and steak was burned, chicken was dry and the burners under the food were out of water. Staff was already starting the closing process. Very disappointing. Will not be back. Highly recommend driving to chardon or painesville if you're trying to get dinner.
