This is the worst Wendys in the city. Always slow. Never anyone there and still bad service. Person at the drive through was FaceTiming someone while I was there waiting. Cold food, put everything on my sandwich when on the app I customized to remove condiments and the onions and pickle. All around a true 0 stars

This location is so trash. Whitehall takes down two locations and builds this piece of crap and the service and quality has gotten so much worse. What’s the point of doing a mobile order if you gotta still pull over and then go inside just to get your food because their staff sucks. Yall have an AI system in the drive thru which is already crap but you would think this would make workers more efficient and able to produce food faster and with better quality but no. Trash Wendy’s.

I appreciated the smiles I got when I approached the pickup window. They greeted me and I told them how much I appreciate the way Columbus has pickup windows for drivers. Now that’s how you treat people! 5 stars!

Went for lunch today got a JBC biggie bag
Barely any fries I counted them and I only got 10 in a box, was a nugget short so I only got 3, and the burger had no lettuce. The only thing they got right was my sprite. Not worth a trip. They need to be seriously reviewed by corporate.

9pm on a Sunday night had a craving for a frosty. I decided to place an online order for this brand new store. Apple paid and deducted and on my way. Pulled up to the DT said I had an online order and gave my name. Fella says pull up or front please. I pulled out front and sat for several minutes. Then, I saw some other signs on the side of the building, so I moved over there. After waiting out there for about 5 more minutes, I decided to go inside, it’s just a frosty. Go inside and guy says “we don’t have any frosty’s.” Why did you tell me to pull over there 10 minutes ago? He says “ I didn’t look at the order.” How bout you start looking at the orders! Is it that hard to look at a 1 line order? He said he was the manager, too. Not a single apology from the 5 workers. Don’t waste your time/gas like I did. Buyer beware!! Chic fil a is going to dominate the corner and no one is gong to come to Wendy’s if something doesn’t change. You might as well close the doors.
