  Absolutely terrible service. Teenage girls working the drive thru and they are rude. I ordered a crispy chicken biggie bag and an extra 6 piece nugget through the AI ordering method, and when I got to the window the 2 girls told me the wrong total and I restated what I had ordered. They both laughed at me and then proceeded to make me sit there for almost 10 minutes while they figured out my order. Then they gave me the wrong sauce and when I asked for the correct sauce, they tried to charge me .50 cents. Terrible Wendy’s, will not return. There’s so many other Wendy’s close by! Just go to another location for your sanity.

  I could hear the Wendy's, one on west broad has their employees wishing they would have called off. Doesn't make me confident about my food.

  Це мій улюблений Wendy's 😍😋 Бувала тут багато разів — завжди швидке та чітке обслуговування. Замовлення готують акуратно, без плутанини. Дуже подобається картопля — завжди свіжа, хрумка і не гірчить. Бургери смачні, соковиті, все як треба 👌 Окремий плюс — часто кладуть достатньо кетчупу із собою, що приємно 🙂 Хороший варіант, якщо хочеш швидко і смачно перекусити. Рекомендую!

  Rude! And horrible service, found a hair in my burger after they were giving me an attitude when I asked for sauce with me order, ordered two meals. Didn't ask for my sauce or drink. Until we asked. Asked for my receipt as well and didn't give it to me. I happened to check my bag because of the nasty attitude after I waited to check my bag and I'm glad I did an entire hair in that cheeseburger . Absolutely disgusting. No hairnets in sight.
