  Ordered 4 piece chicken nugget only got 3 and burnt ordered medium fries and was only half full and burnt this place either needs new management or people that can count and know how to do their damn job

  I had ordered DoorDash and my driver was “in the parking lot “ for almost and hour and a half . Well I called to check and shout out to Vince , they had called me back and said they would drop off my food that I had been waiting on . Appreciate him so much for that because he didn’t have to a DoorDash was absolutely no help .

  Slow service waited at the drive tru for about 30 minutes before someone could take my order. No wonder they are going out of business

  I went to this wendys on 4-17-26 after 8pm. The lady who took my order was extremely rude and nasty, shameful behavior.

  Ordering from the ap does not allow you to customize some items, so when this happens I ask when I pick up order if they can customize whatever I couldn’t do on the ap, this time it was adding extra cream to my cold brew coffee, have never had an issue any other Wendy’s with this, this time the cashier who is also the manager tells me it cost 25 cents ok whatever but fair, I reply it’s a mobile order can you add it he says NO I say dang can you be nice today I mean after all I just ordered a breakfast sandwich without the sausage mean surly that could replace the extra cream and vanilla, he replies it cost 25 cents I have the sausage you can have the sausage you want the sausage… when I said can I talk with the manager and he says smirk look of course I AM the manager oh ok and this is how you act about creamer and vanilla… Seriously did not have to go like that what a rude MANAGER…bad management will lose you customers and I will surely choose to go out the way for my morning Wendy’s coffee smdh
