    For a fast food quick bite, it is by far better quality and better portion than the one across the street and the one bit more south of the latter.

    If I could give this place a zero I would - pull up to the drive thru to an AI menu - that’s was an experience I will not be repeating… you ever got into an argument with an AI menu lol Wendy’s if this is the direction your going we will not be spending our money at your locations… imagine how much that cost ai menu cost… maybe instead give your employees a raise…

    This place is pure chaos. It's hard to believe corporate headquarters is a few minutes away... yet they allow this place to continue operation. Super long waits... Screaming employees, pitch black parking lot with lots of people "hanging out". Just no!

    I don’t know who gave them 5 stars. Perhaps it’s during the weekdays. I have been here on the weekend three times and same results. (Garbage). Today order a biggie meal (sandwich looks like it’s been sitting all day in a warmer, wrong nuggets and cold fries). That’s it for me on the weekends.

    I've lived around the corner from this Wendy's for 12 years visiting it regularly throughout. It has gone through some ups and downs over the years to say the least. It's currently under new management, which I learned meeting the new GM while she was in. She's made staff changes that have driven noticeable improvements over recent years. The drive thru throughput rate has gone down considerably compared to the last 5 years. I haven't spent more than 10 minutes in the drive thru in over a year, and most of the time it's less than 5. Order accuracy I would put in the 90% range over the last year anecdotally off the top of my head. They have been prompt and hassle free to resolve their mistakes when they have happened. The staff has become dramatically more consistent with visibly lower turnover, giving us a more stable and experienced regular staff than years prior with few teenagers that makes the entire experience more convenient, efficient, and consistent. It is irritating that ordering is primarily done through Kiosks now in store and being greeted by Wendy's AI prompt at the drive thru is dehumanizing. This is where we are in the world today though. And Wendy's is exceptionally expensive, which is why they were the price leader and biggest loser of the big burger chains in 2025. These grievances are company wide and not unique to this location, but need to be mentioned in a current Wendy's review. The quality of service at this Wendy's is right now in 2026 is excellent, rivaling the Taco Bell in the same shopping center that has been the service leader of south side fast food IMO for most of the last decade. There's a gentleman named Tom who works a lot of hours, I see him there at drive thru handoff all the time, who deserves acknowledgement and leadership development from Wendy's, and the GM would be well advised to seize that opportunity. I have watched him be unbelievably patient with elderly customers and irate customers alike while resolving problems with a level of professionalism and confidence I don't expect in the fast food industry. There have been several years I had stopped going to Wendy's on this side of town entirely because of the service level at this location, but I had to make this very informed about this particular location review in 2026 to let you know that in this moment this Wendy's location is very much worth visiting.
