    I ordered a baconator "And fries", I get the baconator fries. I tell the person that's not what I ordered. She argues with me and I said "Does this look like a CHEESE BURGER!?" Then I get the sandwich without the fries, so after telling another worker I had wait longer for the whole meal. It's one thing to mess up the order, but it's the unneeded back talk that made me mad. Don't go to this Wendy's unless you wanna deal these RUDE people

    The ordering system asks every 4 seconds to order when you’re ready, even if you ask it for a minute so you can think without disruption, it will repeat every 4 seconds regardless. If Wendy’s wants to utilize this system, it needs to be more user friendly, it can’t even answer the price of an item, only add it.

    So I came into this location about 5:30 p.m. neither was the drive-thru nor the lobby long or had a long wait I stepped into the lobby was not greeted as I walked into the lobby up to the counter I placed a mobile order and I stepped up to the pickup side that is right on the counter I sat there for a few moments as the cashier was chatting with a customer which I understand I will wait my turn but as the customer walked away the cashier then just kept looking at me and kept walking by is there something you need I'm like well excuse me if I'm bothering you at your job but yes I have an order I placed online and it's here at this location she simply stated that she does not see a order on her screen and decided to walk away I just placed the mobile order so it's either hearing your drive through now I understand if I accidentally click to drive through then I need to go ahead and walk back out the store go to my car and go through the drive-thru but therefore could you at least check to see if the order is in the Drive-Thru she did none of that and walked away the person was on their phone as well as drinking on the line and just very unsanitary

    There was only 1 person in front of me who just finished ordering and she stepped to the side after ordering. I stepped up and I stood there for 9 minutes before she took my order. While taking my order she had the most miserable face possible, no smile. I ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. They were good but it took 12 more minutes to get my order done. The drive-thru line wrapped around the building.
