  Waited 10 minutes at 11 for 2 burgers, fries and nuggets. Food was lukewarm, got the sauce wrong. This location is always a huge disappointment and the franchise owner clearly does not care about their business, their customers or the community they serve.

  I try to be understanding, but 20 minutes in the drive thru for 3 jr burgers is insane. Please staff better for your days

  I stay Down the street from this location & Been For Damn Near me whole life. About 45% of the the time I've got food from them, its Been Cold.... & Im 42. I Keep Coming Back in hopes that They Will get Better. I just got some 4 days ago & it was warm. I stay on Lockbourne, not tht far from them. Kinda Make Me Sad & disappointed because everything else is kinda getting better around, especially on reputation.

  Over 5 people working and I can’t get my order right? And someone working the counter isn’t going to work? And we can’t understand what’s being said on the voice box in the drivethrough? And they aren’t going to ask which online order they’re making? Crazy dog

  Went thru drive thru eat lunch inside most days , had an order for co-worker so I ask for 2 orders they would not do it and I was the only car in the line , 1st order was $53 ! They would not take 2nd for only 1 combo , then gave me all the food but wanted me to pull up away from timer while they made frosty ‘s and let my food get cold when no one was in line behind me , so the timer would not look like they were going slow ! Bad experience , inside it’s always been good !
