  I go here at least 1 time a week and never have had bad food until this am . The gravy on my biscuit and gravy was terrible!!! It was watery and was very unappetizing. The workers should have never sent food out looking like that

  I do not recommend this location. As a Wendy’s lover, I’ve never experienced this type of service. They were out of several items and larger burger patties. This is a restaurant known for burgers and you don’t have burger patties?! Once we got home, we discovered our order was also wrong after the inconvenience of them being out of stock of things they should have. We had multiple sandwiches missing toppings. As someone who’s in the service industry and realizes mistakes happen, this is inexcusable.

  4/17/26 noon. Ordered with their AI the chili with everything and Parmesan ceaser with extra sauce. ALL reflected on the screen, but in nothing in my bags. Waiting for robotic arm handling that as ai did better job then their employees

  The A.I. is horrible. I actually don't like stopping in. Seems like the customer service aspect is out the window. No one greets u, but a lame machine. I stop here for lunch occasionally. Yesterday waited 14min for 2 double stacks that were cold. But I didn't have another 15min to wait. Today was much better. Though the customer service is horrid. If I were the franchise owner, I'd kept at least 1 cashier. You all be surprised how far human interaction goes. But hey, we're in the age where no one cares anymore.🤨🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️
